Summer showed up loud and proud, and it hasn’t let up since! From welcoming new clients to launching fresh vacation rental listings, we’ve hit the ground running—and haven’t stopped yet.

Investor interest is rising fast, and I’ve had some great discussions lately about how real estate can pay for itself with the right plan. Whether it’s short-term rentals, long-term tenants, or creative financing, there are more ways than ever to enter the real estate world. It’s never too late to start, and I’ll never get tired of talking about it.
Strawberry Fest + Summer Fun
Strawberry Fest is already here in Chassell—can you believe it? July rolls fast after the 4th, but this weekend is a perfect reminder to slow down, enjoy the moment, and eat some berries.

All of our new properties are officially live as of this weekend!
- Sandy Lake Lodge already has two successful guest stays in the books after just two weeks.
- Sandy Lake Retreat is open and ready for lakeside memories.
A Need to Slow Down
Skandia is calling for a Chocolay River trip, and I’m thinking this evening might be the perfect time to sneak out and toss a line into the Sturgeon River for walleye.
旅 Wildlife Watch
No pictures today—they were all too fast for me! A hen turkey with her poults crossed my path this morning, and shortly after, a beautiful coyote dashed across Paradise Rd. No selfies were taken, but the memories are stored.
Real Estate Closings Continue
Today’s top priority: a closing for a pair of first-time homebuyers. Nothing beats seeing that moment when the keys finally land in their hands.
Here’s to catching our breath just long enough to enjoy the sunshine—and then diving right back in.
