Ark Renovations is officially starting the cleanout and transformation of the back half of Jake’s — soon to become another awesome 2-bed furnished rental with direct trail access. Patrick’s Plumbing & Heating is lining up furnace options so we can get this place toasty fast for guests all season long.
Meanwhile:

- Four Season Solutions is staying ahead of snow & ice while prepping for big things in Chassell ❄️
- The new Expedition Cabins & Suites and Keweenaw Adventure RV Park & Campground are full steam ahead 🏕️
There are more projects in motion than we can count — renovations, setups, furnishing lists, price strategies, and winter checklists across the board. It’s a wild time to grow a short-term rental adventure brand!
On top of it all — we’re hosting a baby shower this Saturday 🎉 and gearing up for the holidays with family and friends rolling in. December is BUSY in all the best ways.
Next stop today → Chassell, to measure out two cabins and a suite, and build a purchase list to get them furnished and live ASAP. The sooner they’re guest-ready, the sooner the winter adventures begin for travelers!
