Spring Switch Flipped – Phones Ringing & Projects Launching

Sundays are usually reserved for family time and a bit of reflection—looking back at what the week brought and setting the tone for what’s ahead.

The funny part is… even that’s getting busy.

We’ve got showings lined up this evening for clients coming in from Ohio, and it’s a great reminder of how quickly things shift this time of year. A little warmth—40+ degrees—and suddenly the phones start ringing. Buyers start moving. Showings pick up. Spring flips the switch.

This past week felt like the start of that momentum:

  • Calls and messages picking up
  • Showings getting scheduled
  • New clients stepping into the market

We’ve also got clients coming in from Nashville this week, along with several others we’re working to line up. It’s shaping up to be a strong start to the spring buying season.

On the Vault Ventures side, things are moving just as fast.

  • Adventure Cabin #3 goes live this week
  • Kaleva Apt #4 is back online after a winter reset
  • Next up: Adventure Suite B and Adventure Cabin #1
  • The campground website is nearly live as Campspot finishes up and prepares to push our sites out
  • And in the background, the addition at Jake’s Bed & Bar is coming together and should be ready for the summer season

There’s a lot happening—and it’s not slowing down anytime soon.

Spring always feels like a race to get everything ready. The goal? Put in the work now so we can enjoy the payoff later—fishing, hiking, riding, and taking in everything the Western U.P. has to offer.

That balance is always the target.
