Jake’s Apartment – From Studs to Structure (and a Name?)

It’s always amazing how quickly a space starts to come to life.

What was once open studs, drafts, and a shell of a structure is now taking shape with fresh insulation and drywall—and just like that, you can finally see it.

Rooms start to feel like rooms.
Spaces start to make sense.
The vision gets real.

Next up:

  • Kitchen buildout
  • Bathroom install
  • Flooring going in
  • Final finishes that bring it all together

Before long, this will be another great, affordable stay option in Twin Lakes, ready for guests to enjoy.

Now comes the fun part… what do we call it?

We’re dialing in branding for the full property and the individual units and would love some feedback.

Right now we’re leaning toward:

🏕 Twin Lakes Trailhead (Full Property – 5 Bed, 2.5 Bath)
Home to:

  • Jake’s Bed & Bar
  • Thor’s Hideaway (New 2 Bed, 1 Bath unit)

It keeps the trail access, adventure vibe, and ties everything together under one roof—but we’re always open to better ideas.

👉 What do you think? Stick with Twin Lakes Trailhead?
👉 Does Thor’s Hideaway fit the space, or would you call it something else?

We love building these projects—but naming them might be just as fun (and just as important).
