What a weekend it’s been! While out on our real estate travels, we were lucky to spot a pair of majestic Bald Eagles and an impressive 8-point buck crossing the road, nose to the ground chasing a doe. November firearm season is here, and success is in the air!
For us, the weekend was a balance of connecting with friends, catching the Paul/Tyson fight, and soaking in the crisp, fall weather. We also welcomed two new nurses to our rentals and are gearing up for some reservation downtime to tackle exciting upgrades. Updates include new carpet and bedframes at Jake’s Bed & Bar, fresh thermostats at Whispering Pines, an expanded parking lot at the Laundromat Building, and soon—our first EV Charger at Whispering Pines! Plans are in the works to add EV charging plugs to all our rentals to accommodate electric vehicle owners. ⚡
