Get Work Done Monday: Adventures, Upgrades & Big Plans Ahead!
Another Monday is here, and that means a fresh week of projects, progress, and adventures! We’re kicking things off after an incredible staycation at Sandy Hollow Vacation Home, where we got to enjoy the space while also taking notes on improvements and upgrades. Any time we stay at one of our places, we make it a point to identify ways to enhance the experience—whether it’s small details that make a big difference or larger updates that can take a stay to the next level. If you’ve stayed with us and have suggestions, let us know! If we don’t hear about an issue or potential improvement, we can’t fix it!
What’s on Deck This Month?
Sandy Hollow Upgrades – After our stay, we’ve got a list of updates to tackle and improvements to make!
Jake’s Bed & Bar Expansion – The second half of the property is getting cleared out, insulated, drywalled, and built out into a fully functioning unit with a new kitchen!
Jake’s Main Unit Updates – The flooring is getting attention, and we’re adding Central Air before June to keep guests comfortable year-round.
❄️ Goose’s Hall & Kaleva East Improvements – Both of these multi-bedroom units in the Kaleva Building will also be getting Central Air, ensuring they’re ready for summer guests.
歷 New Wildlife Feeder Setup – Our new automatic wildlife feeder arrives this week, and we’re hoping to have it set up by the weekend. Excited to see what animals come through!
Trail Camera Reset & Expansion – We’ll be resetting our existing trail cam to get it working properly again and adding a second camera soon to capture and share even more wildlife activity!
With so much happening and so many projects in motion, we are always looking for ways to improve and grow. From renovations to expansions, from new amenities to property management opportunities, we’re pushing forward full speed ahead.
