Rerouted Adventures & Fresh Updates!

Today’s adventure took an unexpected turn! Instead of heading to Jake’s Bed & Bar in Twin Lakes to install carpet in two bedrooms, Mother Nature had other plans—dropping a fresh load of snow over the weekend. Since snowmobile season was supposed to be over, we hadn’t scheduled plowing, so we pivoted to South Range and the Kaleva Temple building instead. There’s always something to work on, and when one plan gets delayed, we just shift gears and keep moving forward!

Meanwhile, the sun is peeking out, and temperatures are hovering just below freezing—keeping the fresh snow around for a bit longer. Are you ready for spring, or are you enjoying the last bits of winter?

There’s so much to do and enjoy in the UP, and we can’t wait to share more updates with you as the seasons change. Let us know how we can help—whether it’s real estate, rentals, or investment questions!
