Today’s adventure took us back to Jake’s, where we finally got back on track with the floor install and dropped off our new QR code placards! Exciting news on the real estate front—two closings this week! One was a tough road to the finish line, while the other sailed through smoothly. Every transaction brings new lessons and challenges!
With MTU Graduation on the horizon, our rentals are gearing up for a busy weekend before we shift some units back to Traveling Professionals, welcoming a new travel nurse and a general contractor working at MTU. We just keep pushing forward, finding the silver lining wherever we can. Cheers to April! (And watch out for those April Fools’ jokes tomorrow! )
