Feeder’s Up, Laptop’s Down, Spirits Still High
This week had its ups and downs—but nature delivered when I needed it most.
We finally got our outdoor feeder up, and within minutes, the local wildlife was on the scene. A group of deer wandered in for a snack, and not long after, a few turkeys joined the party. It’s always rewarding to see nature respond so quickly, especially when it reminds you how much life is starting to stir again.
On the not-so-fun side of things… the electronic gods were not on my side. My laptop—aka the nerve center of Vault Ventures and NMLB—decided to completely give up on me. Since I work entirely remotely, this was a major setback. But we roll with the punches. Backups, coffee, and momentum keep the mission alive.

We’ve got a few big moves in the works, including two new vacation rental additions, a new storage solution, and a long-term rental coming online. More details will be shared soon, but as always—we’re focused on creating more great options for our Adventurers.
Onward we thrive. Summer is on the horizon, and real estate activity is picking up fast. Vacation rentals are booking, travel plans are being made, and outdoor season is officially in swing.
