🏡 Offers, Projects & Antlers: Kicking Off a Hot Summer Week
Real estate continues to roll full steam ahead!
We’ve got listings, closings, new buyers, and exciting projects filling the calendar—and inbox.

One client is ready to list their cabin on the Traverse River in Keweenaw County, and there’s a possibility it could include 40 acres of pure U.P. beauty.
️ We put in a verbal offer on a renovation project for our own portfolio.
Another client is looking to buy a fixer-upper in Laurium—we’re excited to help them through the journey.
On Sunday, we submitted an offer on a South Range home for a client—fingers crossed we hear good news soon!
Meanwhile, the homefront wasn’t quiet either:
️ We’re knocking out projects (with a long list still ahead),
Enjoyed a fire and friends @ The Yooper Lodge in Twin Lakes,
歷 Our Chassell trail cams caught two young bucks starting antler growth,
力 A curious red fox keeps checking the feed pile,
劣 The raccoons continue their nightly buffet,
旅 And turkeys are making regular appearances.

This week? We’re removing the old docks in Chassell and Sandy Hollow—after a failed attempt Thursday reminded us just how badly it needed replacing.
Here’s to starting the week productive (and toasty with a high of 92°!)—if you have real estate questions big or small, we’re always here to guide you.
Adventure on,
