Mobile Monday, AI Insights & Fall Progress
Today’s adventure brings another Mobile Monday Office update from Jake’s Bed & Bar. We’ve already been to a handful of properties—on a roof checking an exhaust vent, scheduling updates, ordering materials, and planning the week ahead. It’s that busy fall rhythm where renovations, rentals, and real estate all overlap.
We’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating: AI is amazing. ChatGPT (or as we call it, Atlas) has become one of the most useful tools in our day-to-day. We’ve used it to talk through everything from The Three Little Pigs’ musical instruments to seller-financing software, and even to design our new Vault Ventures Adventure Map (Coming soon!) that will hang in all our rentals. Having a digital thought partner makes creative brainstorming and problem-solving faster—and a whole lot more fun.
While our fall projects keep rolling, real estate continues moving full steam ahead. Listings are active, buyers are motivated, and we’re still helping new clients find homes before the snow flies.
And for Vault Ventures itself—there’s an exciting update on the horizon. Once we dot the i’s and cross the t’s, we’ll share more about this next step forward.
