Congratulations to my newest clients, who just closed on their very first home together! What made this one extra fun: they’re not stopping here. Their plan is to use this home as a starting point and build toward rental properties together down the road.
I loved guiding them through the process, answering every question along the way, and making sure they’re set up well as they move on to bigger and better things. That’s the part of this job I enjoy most.
Fall Is Busy — and It’s a Great Time to Buy
We have half a dozen closings lined up as we wrap up the fall season. Hunting season is in full swing, and snowmobile and holiday season are right around the corner. Plenty of people assume the market slows down this time of year, but real estate never seems to slow down up here.

Local Housing Summit — Wednesday, October 28
On Wednesday, October 28, local Realtors, investors and others involved in housing are getting together for our area’s Housing Summit. The goal: talk honestly about where we are and how we move forward together, in a way that works for everyone in our community. I’m looking forward to it and will share what comes out of it.
