We’re in active growth mode right now, and one of the most exciting prospects on our radar is a waterfront property on an island. Yes, you read that right—an island property right here in the U.P.! Alongside that rare gem, we’re also exploring three other lakefront opportunities and a handful of multifamily properties that could be fantastic additions to either our portfolio—or yours. Spring always brings a breath of fresh air—and in our world, that means real estate activity picks up fast. This past week has been a roller coaster, with a mix of closings, new client searches, offers submitted, and a lot of conversations filled with questions, ideas, and game plans. We’re open to either hourly employment or project-based 1099 arrangements. Coverage areas would range from just north of Hancock all the way to Twin Lakes.
The core responsibilities would be cleaning and turnover work for our rental properties, but there’s room for more—lawn care, business cleaning, apartment hallway upkeep, and maybe even laundry service down the road. We’re hoping to connect with people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with us.
