🏡 Offers, Projects & Antlers: Kicking Off a Hot Summer Week

Real estate continues to roll full steam ahead! 
We’ve got listings, closings, new buyers, and exciting projects filling the calendar—and inbox.

 One client is ready to list their cabin on the Traverse River in Keweenaw County, and there’s a possibility it could include 40 acres of pure U.P. beauty.
️ We put in a verbal offer on a renovation project for our own portfolio.
 Another client is looking to buy a fixer-upper in Laurium—we’re excited to help them through the journey.
 On Sunday, we submitted an offer on a South Range home for a client—fingers crossed we hear good news soon!

Meanwhile, the homefront wasn’t quiet either:

️ We’re knocking out projects (with a long list still ahead),
 Enjoyed a fire and friends @ The Yooper Lodge in Twin Lakes,
歷 Our Chassell trail cams caught two young bucks starting antler growth,
力 A curious red fox keeps checking the feed pile,
劣 The raccoons continue their nightly buffet,
旅 And turkeys are making regular appearances.

This week? We’re removing the old docks in Chassell and Sandy Hollow—after a failed attempt Thursday reminded us just how badly it needed replacing. 

Here’s to starting the week productive (and toasty with a high of 92°!)—if you have real estate questions big or small, we’re always here to guide you.

Adventure on,
