Simultaneously, we are near the end of a transformation of a neglected 1-bedroom unit, infusing it with the care and attention it deserves for long-term rental availability soon.
Exciting developments also unfold at Whispering Pines, where a 1-bedroom apartment will soon open its doors, marking another milestone in our journey. We’re also reclaiming the property’s legacy as a vacation destination, transitioning half of it back into vacation rental units, harkening back to its days as the cherished Whispering Pines Motel.
Despite winter’s unconventional challenges, our perseverance remains steadfast.
