How it works
- Pick your property and dates on any listing page.
- At checkout, choose Pay 20% now instead of paying in full.
- Your dates are confirmed right away.
- The remaining balance is charged automatically to your card 30 days before check-in.
The fine print
- Available for stays more than 30 days out. Closer than that, payment is due in full at booking.
- The 20% deposit goes toward your total stay. It is not an extra fee.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- If the balance payment fails, you’ll have 72 hours to update your card before the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is kept.
