Wrapping Up a Phenomenal Year!
Helping people grow has always been a goal of ours. As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud of the ways we’ve been able to assist—whether it’s educating clients on the home-buying process, exploring its advantages and disadvantages, or answering questions no matter how big or small. Beyond real estate, we’ve worked to support people personally, offering advice on finances, assisting with projects and improvements around the house, or simply lending a hand when time and motivation were lacking. In addition to helping people find and jump into new adventures, we want to see everyone succeed in their lives through large and small endeavors.
As we close out the rental season, we reflect on the incredible accomplishments of the year:

✅ From short stays to a remarkable 118-night stay, it’s been an adventurous year of hosting!
✅ 16 total real estate sales transactions, totaling over $3 million in sales!
Tomorrow, we finish our 2024 sales year strong with the closing of a long-time listing and celebrate the ongoing influx of people moving to our area. It’s been a whirlwind year for Vault Ventures, diving full-time into real estate, continuing renovations, and ensuring smooth operations for our tenants and guests.
This year has also been about finding balance—navigating the challenges of running rentals and real estate sales while continuing to make meaningful improvements to our properties. From new amenities to streamlined operations, we’ve worked hard to ensure every tenant, guest, and client feels welcome and cared for. Looking ahead, we are excited to further elevate our offerings and create spaces where memories are made.
In addition to business goals, personal adventures are just as important to us. Last year, we set out to visit 30 beaches and missed by just a handful. These goals with family and friends are what make life rich. So, this year, we’re doubling down on adventure:
100 fishing trips (large or small, I carry fishing poles everywhere)
Catch 1,000 fish
️ 10 day trips to U.P. attractions (Porcupine Mountains, Canyon Falls, Copper Harbor, and more)
Hit 30 beaches again
歷 Break back into hunting as a family (deer, small game, maybe even bear?)
Life is what you make it—milk out every possible drop of happiness and adventure you can!
2025 promises even more possibilities. With a few properties already on our radar, including long-term rental options and a potential vacation rental that connects to my roots, we’re ready to expand in meaningful ways. These additions will not only grow our portfolio but will also allow us to bring more people into the beauty and adventure of the U.P.
Every year, we reflect on past goals, set new ones, and aim for progress. Growth doesn’t happen by chance—it takes dedication, focus, and a willingness to adapt. Thank you for an incredible 2024. Here’s to even greater adventures, continued growth, and a successful 2025! ✨
