Offer Sent, Sunshine On: Spring Momentum in Full Swing
The sun is shining and the season is moving full speed ahead!
This morning started with a couple deer checking out the front feed pile, a pair of turkeys strutting past the back trail cam, and the raccoons doing their now-regular rounds. Wildlife is definitely active again.
But the real excitement?
We submitted an offer on our next investment property!
That part is always a mix of business and butterflies—you do all the prep, get your ducks in a row, hit send… and then you wait. We’re hopeful for a quick response and can’t wait to share details soon. This is one we’re especially excited about!
